L’UNICA carefully selects fresh seasonal fruit without any added preservatives. The fruit we choose is juicy and ripe. We find it in the most suitable areas where the climatic conditions are optimal. We stone, chop and sieve the fruit directly without using third-party puree or concentrate. We then submit the fruit pulp, thus obtained, to a pasteurisation process that allows it to be preserved without altering its original taste. In order not to oxidise the fruit, the entire transformation process takes place under vacuum. This is the only way to maintain the same colour as the ripe fruit.
